Intelligente Pumpenüberwachung von Colfax Fluid Handling

IN-1000, die neue intelligente Plattform für das Condition und Operation Monitoring

(Radolfzell – 6.2.2015) Colfax Fluid Handling, ein Bereich der Colfax Corporation (NYSE: CFX), folgt dem Trend der Industry 4.0 und stellt auf der Hannover Messe auf dem „Pumpe DE PUMPENplatz“ (Halle 15, Stand G43) eine neue intelligente Plattform für das Condition und Operation Monitoring vor: Die IN-1000. Diese ist speziell für Pumpen von Allweiler entwickelt, die in betriebskritischen und umweltsensiblen Anwendungen eingesetzt sind. IN-1000 erhöht die Sicherheit und reduziert gleichzeitig die Betriebskosten. Kernstück des Systems ist die von Allweiler entwickelte Software.

Mit der neuen „Smart Platform“ lassen sich von der einfachen Zustandsüberwachung bis hin zu komplexen Überwachungstätigkeiten inklusive Operation Monitoring an mehreren Pumpen viele Anforderungen an Sicherheit und geringe Betriebskosten gleichzeitig realisieren. Beispiele sind die Überwachung von Druck, Temperatur, Leckage und Vibration. Eine Erweiterung mit industrieller Standardsensorik ist möglich.

Der Betrieb wird kontinuierlich und vollautomatisch überwacht und für spätere Auswertungen protokolliert. Treten ungewöhnliche Betriebsbedingungen auf, werden diese sofort gemeldet und auf einem grafikfähigen Farbdisplay angezeigt. Die Kommunikation mit der Leitwarte erfolgt über Ethernet-Verbindungen. Ein schneller ortsunabhängiger Remote-Zugriff etwa für das Wartungspersonal ist über Smartphone-Apps und den integrierten Web-Browser von jedem PC mit Internetzugang möglich. Der Megatrend Industry 4.0 ist damit an der Pumpe angekommen, indem CFH/Allweiler das Internet der Dinge für seine Produkte implementiert. Je nach Konfiguration führt die „Smart Platform“ automatische pumpenindividuelle Reaktionen aus, beispielsweise einen Wechsel auf eine andere Pumpe. Auf diese Weise werden Wartung und Instandhaltung planbar, es gibt keine ungeplanten Produktionsausfälle und die Wartungsintervalle können größer werden.
