BiobasedWorld

BiobasedWorld will be held on February 15th -16th, 2017 at the Cologne exhibition grounds. It is the first trade show for the bioeconomy and offers exhibitors and visitors a unique chance to showcase and discove technologies and products in the fields of industrial biotechnology, biomass conversion, biobased chemicals and materials, biorefineries and bioenergy. BiobasedWorld is not specialized or restricted to a certain market sector, but will bring together experts from all fields to exchange ideas and generate new synergies. It provides an international platform for this young and growing community. The exhibition will be accompanied by a selected lecture programme.

BiobasedWorld is the DECHEMA event which is dedicated specifically to the bioeconomy. DECHEMA Ausstellungs-GmbH also organizes other events including ACHEMA, the global forum for the process industry which is held every three years in Frankfurt/Main and attracts more than 3,800 exhibitors and around 170,000 visitors.
